Those you cannot miss
On the 12 kilometer long trail around the strip of land jutting into the sea at the northern part of Fyn, you can experience forest, coast and the biggest heath with lots of beautiful heather and fragrant juniper.
Øhavsstien is one of Denmark's longest hiking routes with a total of 220 km of hiking trails beautifully surrounded by the South Funen Archipelago.
Denmark's most beautiful walk, which passes beaches, coastal cliffs, the urban environment, open fields and forests.
A walk in the heart of old Odense, where the memories of Denmark's world-famous fairytale poet are numerous.

By the sea and coast
The trails is approx. 30 km long and takes you from the southern part of Ærø to the northern end. Get our best tips on experiences etc. along the trail here.
This beautiful area close to the small market town Bogense offer lots of things to see – lakes, a lagune and sea view, lots of tracks around the area and birdwatching towers to watch all the different birds that roam the area.
This walking route right around our long island is 139km long. It has been divided into 10 stages, the shortest is 10km long, the longest 19km.
Take a walk around the scenic Vitsø lake on northern Ærø
Klokkefrøstien, or in English the fire-bellied frog path, is a track along and near the coast between Lundeborg and Åhuse in the southern part of Fyn. It is named after the waterholes along the track which houses the rare fire-bellied frog.
See North Funen from the coast and enjoy the stunning view of the Kattegat from the Coastal Trail - a lovely trip on foot or by bike!

City and nature combined
Take a walk along Odense canal to Stige Ø, where an old landfill site has been transformed to a beautiful recreational are with tracks and wild nature.
Scenic 6 km hiking route from Nørre Aaby to Ronæs through the Viby River Valley with views of Gamborg Nor and Gamborg Fjord.
Around castles and manor houses
The 2 kilometer long Eventyrsti, or fairy-tale track, takes you through the old English-inspired park with small canals and islets.
Visit one of Denmark's most interesting castle parks.
Dallund Castle is a beautiful building that you can admire from the road - or take a walk around the beautiful Dallund Lake with a view of the castle!
Located next to the main building of Sanderumgaard Manor House is the old romantic landscape garden, one of the first of its kind in Denmark
